Kristen Phelps

Kristen Phelps assists the deans with the support of all Westhampton students, working closely with faculty and staff partners to coordinate care for academic, co-curricular, personal, health, and well-being matters. She supports Dean Mia Reinoso Genoni with matters of student academic progress and good standing, including notifying students when they achieve the Dean’s List or All As. She also helps Dean Genoni with the Honor process, excused absence requests, withdrawal and readmission, and University awards, as well as with budgetary and Westhampton community matters. Kristen works closely with the entire office to keep Westhampton running smoothly, build community, and provide care for our students. She particularly loves Westhampton events hosted in the deanery, including study breaks and the Halloween and Valentine’s Day celebrations.

Kristen is a 1994 graduate of Westhampton College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and has worked for the University since 2017. She enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs – Bryn the French Bulldog also loves our study breaks!
