Molly is currently serving on the Workday@Richmond project, assisting with change management efforts related to the implementation of the new ERP system, and other special projects such as staffing the 2025 Campus Plan. She previously served as Director of Board Operations in the Office of the President and between 2010 and 2016 held roles in the Office of the Chaplaincy and served as the University’s Deputy Title IX Coordinator. Prior to joining the University of Richmond, Molly was Assistant Director of Admissions at her alma mater, Randolph-Macon College, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Classics. She holds an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the College of William & Mary and is pursuing a doctorate in Education Policy, Planning, and Leadership.
